Our shipping department are specialists in shipping cars from the UK to any destination worldwide in a safe cost effective manner.
How do we ship vehicles?
In shipping containers by sea. There are a couple of options for shipping a vehicle they are by container or by RORO (roll on roll off), we always opt for the container method because it is by far the safest method. We book the shipping container and our crew load the vehicle inside and secure it in place. Once loaded the doors are bolt sealed and not opened until the container arrives at destination.
Why are we the vehicle specialists?
- Experience – we have a number of years of experience shipping vehicles all over the world for customers. In 2018 we have shipped on average a car a week. Our office staff are very knowledgeable on the paperwork required and the customs requirements for different countries (as the rules vary from country to country). Our operational staff have loaded all types and sizes of vehicles both at our depot or at customers properties.
- Equipment – We have 3 types of different ramps for loading cars and light vans, crates (to ISPM15 standard required for export) and forklifts for loading motorbikes, we can also work alongside a specialist transporter company to load larger vans, trailers, boats on trailers, caravans and even non running vehicles.
Is my vehicle insured?
We can offer you a very comprehensive marine insurance that will cover your vehicle from the time it arrives with us until its handed over to you at destination.
